Covers, Plumbing & Water Chemistry

Heavy or Waterlogged Cover?

A waterlogged cover loses insulation and becomes difficult to lift. We offer premium Canadian-made covers, custom sizing, free measurements, delivery and installation, plus old-cover removal and disposal.

Plumbing-Line Purging

Normal cleaning cannot reach buildup inside plumbing. Purge the lines at least every six months to remove biofilm, contaminants, and hidden buildup.

Essential Water Care

Chlorine or bromine controls bacteria, viruses, and contaminants. Correct pH protects against corrosion and scale. Shock and oxidizers remove organics, clarifiers improve clarity, and correct alkalinity and calcium hardness protect equipment and spa surfaces.

How long will it take?

Most calls can be completed within the first hour. Larger repairs may need more time, and the technician will advise you if this is necessary.

When will the technician arrive?

We provide a morning or afternoon appointment window. Exact times cannot always be guaranteed because repair duration varies. Your technician will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

What about the weather?

Technicians work in most conditions year-round. During extreme cold, some on-site repairs may be postponed or workshop repair may be recommended. Additional moving charges may apply.
